The academy training takes place in a stunning multi-story town-house in the heart of the historic Nottinghamshire town of Retford. Ideally placed, in very close proximity to the train station, we aim to provide incredibly detailed lash training, in wonderfully elegant surroundings.

Lash by Lish was founded in 2016. After being unhappy in her work, Alishia needed a change so made the decision to join an accredited lash course. After commiting to honing her skills on family & friends, she found her true passion in lashes & became one of the first lash techs in her area.
Covid sought to halt Alishias hard work & dedication to her craft. She made the decision to travel to Dubai & avoid the UK lockdown which is where things really took off, becoming very popular with celebrity clients. After getting so many enquiries about training & the products she uses, Alishia decided to begin putting the wheels in motion to create her own brand – Lash by Lish.
Alishia slowly began to build an amazing & incredibly loyal clientele and as word quickly began to spread of the amazing results she was able to achieve.
